We offer a variety of services, to include general home inspections, pre-listing inspections, and 11th month warrant inspections, and new build. During the course of these inspections, Front Line will inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the best tools and technology the industry offers. Our team will walk the roof when possible. We encourage you to attend the inspection so we can explain the report and address any concerns you may have in person.
Unchecked mold indoors can damage the structure of a home, cause wood rot, and ruin drywall. A professional mold test starts with a thorough inspection of your property. Front Line will investigate any signs of past or present water intrusion, which can promote mold growth. Front Line will take samples of any suspected mold growth.
What is Radon? Radon is a radioactive, colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that occurs naturally as a decay product of uranium and radium. It is present in nearly all soils and can enter homes through cracks and openings in the foundation or walls that are in contact with the ground.
A sewer scope inspection is a specialized procedure performed by a certified inspector to assess the condition of a home’s sewer line. Using a flexible rod with a high-resolution camera on the end, the inspector visually examines the interior of the sewer pipe from the house to the municipal tap or septic tank. This procedure is typically non-invasive and doesn’t require any digging or destruction of property.
A Pest or Wood Destroying Organism Inspection is a comprehensive inspection of a property to determine whether or not any organisms exist that may be destroying wood.
