How is a commercial inspection different from a residential one?

Commercial inspections follow ASTM E2018 standards for Property Condition Assessments rather than residential guidelines. The scope is tailored to the property type and the client's intended use — the report is a risk management tool, not a punch list for a home buyer.

Do you inspect multi-family buildings?

Yes. We inspect duplexes through larger apartment buildings. For multi-family acquisitions, we assess common systems, individual units (sampled or full), exterior envelope, and deferred maintenance — the things that determine whether your proforma holds up after closing.

How is commercial inspection pricing determined?

Pricing is based on building size, type, age, and scope. Commercial engagements are quoted individually — call us with the property details and we'll turn around a number quickly. We don't post commercial pricing online because the variables matter too much to give a flat rate.
